We have our own cryogenic packaging, complying with the IATA rulings (Special Prevision A152) for the airfreight transportation and cryo preservation warranty. A datalogger for the temperature recording is available from the very moment of the pick up until the delivery to the destination laboratory, which can be check at all times, to make sure of the temperature kept all along the haul.

When the transportation must be done to/from a non-EU country, it is very important to keep in mind the regulations and requirements of the Health Ministries and Customs of both countries involved. That is why we offer advisory regarding the required documentation for the export/import in Spain, as well as in the country of origin/destination, just making it sure that the formalities required have been complied with before starting the shipment and thus avoiding get stocked at the Customs.

A mandatory requirement is avoid the control by X-Ray scanning at the airports of departure, transit and arrival, due that the sensitive nature of the goods does not allow such controls. X-Raying can actually modify the structure of the cells, to make sure we avoid this; we issue a certificate of exemption of X-Ray controls.
